Bray Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on Bray’s behalf and by any Division or Subsidiary of Bray International, Inc.
Any clarification needed regarding regional versions and their applicability based on country can be made by the procurement personnel at the Bray location at which you are conducting business.

CONFLICT FREE SOURCING PROGRAM
Bray internatinal, Inc, Supports all efforts and initiatives to responsibly source minerals under the Dodd-Frank Act Conflict Minerals Provisions. It is Bray’s intention to do its utmost to ensure products and components in the Bray supply chain do not contain metals which have contributed to the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Bray International, Inc. expects its Suppliers to do the same and steer their supply chain toward using only conflict-free smelters. Suppliers must develop policies, due diligence frameworks designed to prevent Conflict Minerals that are not DRC Conflict free from being included in the Bray International Inc. Supply Chain. In addition, all suppliers to Bray International, Inc. must documents their efforts to determine the source of any conflict minerals and derivate metals and provide evidence of the origin of the metals tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold in products to be supplied to Bray. Any smelters producing tantalum, tin, tungsten or gold (3TG) metals subsequently used in Bray products are requested to seek and obtain certification through the EICC/GeSI Conflict Free Smelter (CFS) program.
Obtaining and processing declarations from our suppliers is an important part of fulfilling the law and ensuring transparency and corporate, social responsibility for our customers. Thank you for your kind cooperation with this important and necessary initiative.

Bray is devotedto conducting business in an ethical, legal, and socially responsible manner. to help ensure that our suppliers and partners share this commitment to integrity in all business dealings, all of Bray’s suppliers should adhere to the attached Supplier Code of Conduct. This Code applies to any suppliers working with any Division or Subsidiary of Bray International.
We recognize that legal and cultural standards vary across the world, but this code defines the minimum acceptable conduct for Bray suppliers and partners while engaged in any Bray-related business, for example, business activities with Bray and/or products supplied to Bray.
